Bible Exodus Text

Text in the Bible that is contrary to Exodus 20; 8.11 keep the Sabbath?
I really want to find a text in the Bible that says that to maintain the 1st day of Holy Week, contrary to Exodus 20, 8-11 to keep the 7th day holy.
The "rest" was given to the nation of Israel, as an everlasting covenant between them and God. However, God also said it would establish a covenant "new" to humans, and that the new partnership was established when Christ died on the cross for our sins. Now in Christ there is neither Jew nor Gentile, but only Guardado and sound. As believers saved in Christ, we worship in "The Day of Lords, which is the day Christ rose from the grave …. I mean, the first day of the week. If you read the New Testament, we find that this is the day that all early Christians met and you will see that God never corrected the matter. However, we are told in Colossians 2:16 "Let no man therefore judge you eat or drink, or regarding a festival or new moon, or of the sabbath "

Exodus $16.95 ”Exodus,” meaning ”going out,” is the title the Greek translators gave the second book of the Bible, the second book of the Pentateuch. This Navarre Bible volume contains the entire text of Exodus, together with a commentary. The children of Israel initially enjoyed peace and prosperity in Egypt, but under a new regime they were oppressed and enslaved. Eventually God in his providence chose Moses as their leader and liberator; and they made good their escape (probably in the 13th century BC). They were to spend 40 years in the wilderness of Sinai before reaching the Holy Land. The accounts contained here cover the most important early events in the history of Israel and prefigure the salvation wrought by Christ the Lord. |

The Kabbalistic Bible Exodus $16.54 Most people know that Exodus, the second book of the Bible and the second of the Five Books of Moses, tells the story of Moses leading the Israelites out of bondage. But what they don”t know is the story behind Exodus, or how they can use this backstory to connect with a higher realm. Kabbalah teaches that the lesson of the parting of the Red Sea is that within all humans lies the power to do anything if they relinquish fear and inject certainty into the equation: consciousness controls reality. This new rendition of Exodus is the second book of the Kabbalistic Bible, which forms a bridge between the Zohar, the sacred text of Kabbalah, and the Torah or Bible. Edited and annotated by noted Kabbalah scholar Yehuda Berg, this handsome hardcover is printed front-to-back, with Hebrew and English translations printed on facing pages. |
