Bible Lessons For Youths
(Christians only please) the ideas of the Bible study.?
I am now the youth leader at my church and I need ideas for lesson study Bible. I have a class of preparations, but I would like other ideas. thanks!
Maybe some events … 1 Thessalonians 5:11. Recently I have been thinking it must be extremely difficult to be a youth / adolescent Christians today. The pressure of being one of the "cool kids" (which seems to be synonymous of "atheist" today) must be enormous, so something that teaches the importance of communion with their brothers and sisters in Christ – to build one other and encourage each other. It could tie in Hebrews 13:5-6 – where we are told that if God will never leave us, and if He is with us, what can the man for us or, James 4:1-6 teaches that God answers prayer – What encouraging them to start a prayer chain within the group to meet so autonomously to the prayer of the companies? Really open to the idea that God is moving and working today. So things are built and encouraged to support each other, and get excited about him \ O / O, How about a study on Luke 7:37-50. Again, due to the pressure on kids to be cool, which is one of the finest examples of Jesus reaching out to people who were the most despised. If adolescents Christians were willing to abstain from popularity and acceptance and make friends or get to the other children who were considered outcasts, would be an amazing testimony and I think I could bring them closer to the Lord. One of the things that excites me as a young Christian was the Cross and the Switchblade by David Wilkerson. Maybe a series of lessons on the basis of what? Next to the Bible, it really is to glorify God more book ever written. It could begin studies on evangelism, miracles, sacrifice, faith and the enormity of his love. Yikes, I've written too much, sorry. I only have so many ideas and lots of excitement or D will be a blessing for them, brother. God bless your new ministry!
