Bible Resources Download

Christians what are the resources they use or have used to study Theology outside the Bible?
I have found the Truth Project to be the most amazing resource ever. Http: / / www.thetruthproject.org/ watch the trailer if you're interested. Also the downloads section will show teasers each part of the series. So what do you recommend as the best resource for the study of Biblical theology and the Christian worldview?
CS Lewis is almost essential to be an intelligent Christian Century 21. Francis Schaeffer's work, especially "The God Who Is There" and "how we live ". This was the biggest issue I was strengthened after the first born back in the 80s. At the moment teachers are more important than out NT Wright and Tim Keller. Just Google their names, or go to their local library great. John Piper is very important too, and whenever you're down or feeling of doubt or pain, Brennan Manning is the man to read. Going back a few years, Charles Spurgeon things in the 19th century holds surprisingly well. If you really want to stretch your brain, so and in principle, read "The Cost of Discipleship" by Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Reinhold Niebuhr nothing. Of course, none of Wesley, Luther, or Augustine's always good – No longer a Catholic Augustine put you off, worked in 3.4 centuries before the church became corrupt. (Speaking of Catholics, Fulton J. Sheen 's work is 98% excellent, while speaking to the people first as a Christian and only secondarily as a Catholic.) Also I'd recommend Peter Kreeft, William Lane Craig, and Thomas (Thom) Howard, if you are "philosophically" inclined. But here's the point. Keep Jesus at the center, and the Bible as their primary resource. We called to follow Jesus, not attend church or read books or study theologians. If these books do not help you follow Jesus or improve their daily walk with him, forget about them. Best wishes!
