How do you understand, seasons, years and days on God’s day four, only plant life exist, what are God’s days?
It is evident that two different periods of time exist after God’s
day four, and we know how seasons, years and days apply
to plant life, but as for the time period of God’s day one
through God’s day six, then Gen.2:2,4, God rest from
creating in his day seven [ man has been created in
God's day six, will man ever see God create?? ],
when will all of God’s days be one day?
When will God create again?
I do not know about every one else, but bible reading and
study does raise a lot of questions to seek answers for,
and it seems that it might be easy to miss something
important if we do not do so with care as other do, as:
What is one thousand years to God, 2Pet.3:8,
Psm.90:4 For a thousand years in thy sight are but as
yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
1000 years is not something we can imagine, but for
the reign of Christ, 1000 years is given.
It is days as per , in the ‘days’ of my father. An extended period of time. This is the problem when you translate form one language to another. English especially has a hundred ways of saying the same things. Day, can be a single day or referred to things back in the past such as ‘back in the day’.
Also the meanings of words change quite rapidly, you only have to look at the word gay to understand that. It has gone from meaning ‘happy’, to ‘homosexual’ to ‘lame’ in a few decades.
This is why religious texts are pointless and can mislead more than actually help. This is specifically because we put to days emphasis on the words used and not what they meant when it was written.
