Does the Book of Mormon discuss Cain and be damned?
I just saw a show on ABC about polygamists. They said that the Book of Mormon says that Cain was cursed with black skin color. I went to the website lds.org and did a word search in the Book of Mormon, but nothing was found with any combination of those words. Perhaps I misheard, or perhaps this was something the polygamous believe. The Bible tells us that Cain was cursed with a mark so that nobody would kill him, so the field is not the Book of Mormon talks about the issue, but can not find the reference. Anyone know what you mean?
I know what it refers to, but there this will be noted in the Book of Mormon in any place. Some people have speculated that the curse of Cain was made black skin, but it's just speculation. It is possible that the polygamists that was adopted as doctine, but the Mormon religion (Mormons) does not believe that. The following statements is not true.
